Sonya Deville’s stalkier, Phillip Thomas II, had a virtual court hearing on Monday October 12th.
According to a report from WrestlingInc , Phillip Thomas used Sonya Deville’s address as his own while being booked into jail. the Hillsborough County Jail has corrected the address; However, The court systems still have Sonya Deville listed for Thomas’s address.
In a separate report, seeming to back up the WrestlingInc story, HeelByNature has said to have obtained mail from the courts to Phillip Thomas that was sent to Deville’s house for Phillips December 12th in person appearance to face charges
Phillip Thomas II faces the charges of Aggravated Stalking (third degree felony), Armed Burglary of a Dwelling (felony punishable by life), Armed Kidnapping for Ransom or Reward or Hostage (felony life), and Criminal Mischief for Less Than $200 (second degree misdemeanor). All of which Thomas has pleaded not guilty . Sonya Deville has not been seen in the WWE since SummerSlam
