Daniel Bryan Says He Has A Lesser Spring In His Step Now
Five time world champion Daniel Bryan appeared on the most recent edition of Talking Smack. He would talk about his return to WWE television and what he has learned about himself.
Bryan stated he has learned that he has a lesser spring in his step and that he realised that during his classic in the finals of the Intercontinental title tournament against AJ Styles in June.
Here is what he had to say:
“I am at a point now, in my life and career, where I want to test myself against the best performers in WWE,” said Bryan. “Whether that’s against people I haven’t faced yet, and even people I have faced, since we’ve all evolved.
“I noticeably have lesser spring in my step as the match goes on, something I realized during my match against AJ Styles.I never had a problem with endurance before. [Although] I still don’t get tired but later in a match, I can’t jump as high anymore, and AJ still can.And its funny because he’s older than me. How is this fair? I train my butt off.”
Daniel Bryan is one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, to have him back after a 4 month absence is a huge boost to WWE. As seen on Smackdown a possible new feud was teased for the ‘Leader of the yes movement’, when he was interrupted during his return speech, by ‘The Messiah’ Seth Rollins.
A feud between those two would be so exciting as they are undoubtedly two of the best performers in WWE.
