It seems as if the group known as RETRIBUTION may have been on the cards for over 5 months . Group member T-Bar sent out a screenshot tweet of a post from the ‘Smackdown Hacker’ account (Who we now know is Mustafa Ali) dated the 5th of may 2020, and also a fan tweet dated 2 days earlier than that, you can see the post form T-Bar below:
As you can see from the post, the fan is pointing out that T-Bar (formally Dominik Dijakovic), posted We Will Rise, on his Instagram, 2 days before the ‘Smackdown Hacker’ account posted it on Twitter. Perhaps at the time the fan was hinting that Dijakovic may be the hacker, but what if the hacker angle was always meant to be a prelude to RETRIBUTION? This would explain why Dijakovic had ties to the account going back as far as the 3rd of May 2020.
So the question is, have RETRIBUTION, a group that many in the WWE universe have said have been booked poorly and without any long term direction, actually been in the works for almost 6 months?
