Things seem to be going from bad to worse for the infamous Teddy Hart, with his latest mishap resulting in him being held behind bars.
According to court documents which have been obtained by PWInsider, Teddy Hart was booked into Tarrant County Jail, Fort Worth, Texas on Thursday.
He was named as a fugitive from justice in Texas on May 4. Court records in Texas have listed Hart as facing charges for Injuring a child/elderly/disabled person, evading arrest by vehicle and possession of a controlled substance. Those charges stem from his arrest back in December 2016. This latest arrest could possibly be related to a probation or parole violation which then led to the warrant being issued for his arrest and return to Texas.
He was due for a hearing in Richmond regarding extradition to another jurisdiction on Friday morning, but instead he was transferred from Richmond City Jail and incarcerated into Tarrant County Jail.
Back on September 10, Hart was sentenced to ten days in prison in Richmond County Jail and was once again arrested after being incarcerated. Court records would indicate that his ten-day jail sentence stemmed from an arrest way back on March 4, where he ended up in custody for violating a house arrest in Virginia.
