Similar to what we saw on NXT with Austin Theory Smackdown wrestler Shorty G also quit after his match but with a different twist.
Shorty G took on “The Freak” Lars Sullivan in Essentially a squash match.
After losing to Lars Sullivan, Shorty G was immediately interviewed and had this to say,
In a different twist from NXT, Shorty G didn’t actually quit but he seemingly dropped the Shorty G name in favor of going back to Chad Gable.
