During Sunday’s Hell In A Cell PPV, the main event saw Randy Orton defeat Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship.
Prior to the finish, Drew McIntyre took a fall of the side of the cage
According to Dave Meltzer, McIntyre has fond memories of Shawn Michaels vs Undertaker at Badd Blood 1997. The fall, which was similar to the one Michaels took, was meant to pay tribute to the spot.
