The Miz is currently the holder of the Money In The Bank briefcase. He is a multiple-time champion in WWE, including being a former WWE Champion. It seems some fans still have no respect for him.
The Miz spoke to Barstool Sports’ KFC Radio, where he talked about how WWE fans continue to demean him. He is well aware of how fans feel about him as he reads their comments on social media. He is especially vexed at those comments which say he does not deserve to work in WWE. Here is what he said:
“Even in WWE, sometimes I feel I don’t get the respect I feel like I want, maybe that I feel I deserve. I’ve won every title there is to win, but yet sometimes I feel like — you know, you’ll read Twitter here and there and you’ll see all the negative comments. ‘You don’t deserve to be there, we hate you, you’re the worst.’ But honestly, I look at those as compliments because they motivate me, they drive me and it’s some nerd in his basement just typing away. So, I use it as fuel.”
The Miz is undoubtedly a success in WWE as he is featured regularly on the show, he has his own reality television show and he has also starred in the Marine franchise, which is produced by WWE Studios.
