Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson are in the midst of a feud with The North, but it seems like Anderson might just have to fight solo for a while.
On last night’s Impact, there was a backstage segment where Ethan Page revealed to Josh Alexander that Gallows would be out 4-6 weeks with an injury. While Page was elated over the news, Alexander was less than pleased, realizing that Gallows’ injury only meant that they would go without regaining the Impact Tag Team Titles longer.
This could be a storyline injury, but whatever the case is puts everything in a unique position. Page’s contract expires at the end of 2020 for Impact Wrestling, and unless he re-signs with the company, there’s a good chance that The North could lose or find some strange way to not get that rematch against The Good Brothers.
Then again, they could convince Karl Anderson to defend the titles with his backup, The Weenomenal One.
