Vince McMahon keeps himself busy. The WWE day to day operations are a 24/7, 365 day business, and Vince is never one to take days off.
We reported earlier about how he is around the tapings more often since the move to the Amway Center, having spent the bulk of his time while WWE was at the PC in his office. Ringside News reported has reported things may not exactly be that way. They spoke to a tenured member of the creative team and said that ‘sounded like a Zelina Vega claim.”
Since the move to the Amway Center, they learned Vince is “mostly in production meeting room” and then hits his office around 6pm. It’s said he doesn’t take his place at Gorilla Position until around “right before the show.”
As far as his attendance for SmackDown tapings go, prior to the pandemic, his attendance wasn’t “very rare,” but he does attend far more Smackdown shows than he previously had. It’s said prior to the pandemic, he showed up for about half the episodes of SmackDown.
Vince might be keeping himself occupied around tapings, but it might not always be for the purposes of working on the creative end. Vince and company don’t have a lot of long term plans right now, so maybe that’s the next priority.
