Impact Wrestling Has Multiple Endings To Top Angles Filmed

Impact Wrestling filmed their final shows of the year, trying to squeeze everything in so their roster can spend their holidays with their family. Then again, filming blocks of shows is not unusual for the company, but what they did during those tapings may be a little unorthodox.

As reported, Ethan Page’s contract expires at the end of the year, along with other stars in the company. Considering Impact doesn’t know if those stars will return, the company took the liberty of filming multiple endings of angles according to Fightful.

Their report states that the company filmed multiple finishes to matches for “top angles” with a variety of finishes, also using alternate wrestlers or other personnel in celebration situations.

The company doesn’t know who is and who isn’t re-signing with Impact and obviously doesn’t want to book themselves in a situation where they are without a talent involved in a major angle should they sign elsewhere. It’s probably a better idea than them hiding a positive COVID-19 test from most of their roster.
