Daga found himself released from Impact Wrestling back in October, and there hadn’t been a lot of talk about a possible next destination. Surely, some people viewed his next stop tied into his wife Tessa Blanchard. However, we may have an idea where he’s headed next now.
The Wrestling Observer noted Daga was announced as an alternate for the MLW Opera Cup tournament, so there is a possibility Daga shows up to fill a spot should an injury occur or even wrestle in non-tournament matches in upcoming shows. While there’s no confirmation he’s signed a contract, Daga at least seems to be looking at working with MLW in the interim.

Daga is still young at 32 and has quite the career ahead of him. With national exposure thanks to Impact and Lucha Underground, there should certainly be interest for him.
