AEW hyped the Winter Is Coming edition of Dynamite as the biggest Dynamite ever. It was a show full of memorable moments and also started several angles. There seems to be a reason for that.
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer explained why the show featured so many angles. They were aware many people were going to tune in to watch the show, so they made sure to have as many angles as possible.
“The idea is that they believe that this is going to be the most watched show of the year — at least the most unopposed show of the year — and because of that they wanted to shoot as many angles as they could in front of the most number of eyes.”
Some angles certainly received more attention than others. We will have to see how each angle will play out over the coming weeks.
