The Young Bucks Say They Are “Unsure” What Partnership With IMPACT Wrestling Will Bring

AEW and Impact Wrestling have entered into a partnership that will hopefully be beneficial for both sides. It will be starting with Kenny Omega arriving on Impact this Tuesday, and not much is known from there.

But what do both companies have in store for the rest of us? Not even The Young Bucks know.

The Young Bucks were interviewed on the Living the Gimmick Podcast, and Matt Jackson admitted he wasn’t sure what would happen next, but there are plans. He didn’t provide spoilers, but it seems like plans aren’t set in stone because it’s so new.

“What do we know about it? It’s so early I don’t think all of us collectively know what it means. I think we’re kind of dipping our toes in it right now and we’re going to see what we can get out of it, but there are, you know, immediate plans that I can’t just give away right now, but my dream, if I had it my way I just think about the possible dream matches.”

“People are already hitting me up like, ‘Oh my god can you imagine Young Bucks vs Motor City Machine Guns ten years later?’”

Matt Jackson also put over the teams in Impact Wrestling, even calling The North “just fantastic.” While everything else is up in the air, things are still starting to look exciting.
