WWE Planning A Long Day Of Tapings Friday
WWE’s Tribute to the Troops is airing on Sunday and they have yet to tape the event. The plan is to tape it Friday, and based on the taping schedule, some superstars are going to be in for a very long day on insistence from Vince McMahon.
Fightful Select has learned that the company is going to present the show “in a different manner” this year, with wrestlers being said to have “a very early call time” this year.
Their report states that “Vince McMahon was insistent on doing the show, even with the altered format.” Whether they like it or not, it seems that staff and several stars will have a grueling day ahead of them.
Ringside News added to this they have confirmed the event is going to tape from 11:30a to 2:00p on Friday, starting long before WWE Superstars are usually even supposed to be at the building. It could be a long and difficult day Friday for the main roster, but it’s almost certain they’re up for the challenge. After all, some of those talents will be scheduled to work both shows, leading for them to have much longer days than others.
