AEW Giving Younger Talent Long Term Deals
AEW has been trying to build their young talent base as they scout more homegrown talent. Talents like Anna Jay, Will Hobbs, and Max Caster and Anthony Bowens of The Acclaimed have all been announced as “All Elite” this year, giving them a base to work with. It’s a young foundation that they plan on keeping under their roof for a long time.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter has reported that “most of the key younger talent” are receiving five year deals, though it hasn’t been said what kind of money is attached to it.
The contracts they’ve signed are the “tier one” salaried deals and are the ones announced as “all Elite.” Other talents on dark are generally under pay per appearance deals.
