Tonight’s Impact should be one of the company’s most anticipated episodes in company history. After an assist from a Don Callis distraction, Kenny Omega won the AEW World Title and he and Callis vowed Omega would speak on tonight’s Impact Wrestling.
While we reported Omega was not at the last set of Impact tapings, we also reported that Omega wouldn’t be doing much more than a sit down interview with Callis. Fightful Select has confirmed this for tonight, with Omega getting a 10-minute “main event interview” with Don Callis and Josh Mathews interviewing the AEW World Champion.
The segment will include a lot of speaking from Callis as well, having been recorded very recently. Tonight’s episode will also include an appearance from Tony Khan making things exceptionally interesting on AXS tonight.
