On last nights NXT UK it was revealed that next week, Eddie Dennis’ The Hunt (“Wild Boar” Mike Hitchman and Primate) will challenge Wolfgang and Mark Coffey of Gallus for the NXT UK Tag Team Championship Titles.
A video package that had been recorded earlier in the week showed that Eddie Dennis and the Hunt storm into Sid Scalla’s office, demanding that his team be made No.1 contenders following the victory over former Tag Team Champion “Flash” Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews.
Eddie Dennis’ the Hunt were embroiled in a feud with Webster and Andrews, when it was revealed that the Hunt had sided with Eddie Dennis and had been the ones behind the attacks on both Webster and Andrews. On the previous week’s NXT UK The Hunt managed to defeat Webster and Andrews in a match that brought their feud to an end for now, whilst giving Dennis the opportunity to establish the Hunt as No. 1 contenders.
Current Tag Team Champions Wolfgang and Mark Coffey of Gallus won the NXT Tag Team Championship on the 17th of October 2018 on an episode of NXT UK, Gallus have now held the title for 420 days.
Who will come out as the Tag Team Champions next week on NXT UK? Is the feud between The Hunt vs Webster and Andrews truly over or will they make themselves known next week? Will Pretty Deadly be factor as they have been angling for a title shot of their own?
