Since the unfortunate passing of Brodie Lee, almost every story we’ve been able to post in the wake of it has been sad, but positive. Lee’s passing revealed a side of Brodie Lee fans did not know but a side that the people around him were blessed to know and reveal to the world. Unfortunately, there have been some people quick to capitalize on Lee’s death for attention, or now…social media clout.
Amanda Huber took to her Instagram stories to reveal that someone out there is impersonating her 8-year old son Brodie Jr. on social media. Using the Twitter name BrodieLeeJr, the person is impersonating her son.
Or at least was. As of this writing, the account looks to have been deleted or changed handles, but at one point the account was active with Huber providing screenshots of it.
It’s understandable fans want to pay tribute to Lee, but a move like that is hardly the way to show support, pay tribute, or anything else.
AEW also commented about the fake accounts, warning fans about people pretending to be members of the Huber family.
