The trademark spree of WWE continues, with them locking down a group of trademarks that seem almost all too ready to be used in NXT.
Heel By Nature has reported WWE has locked down trademarks for Valentina Feroz, Shou, The Hand, and 手 (The Hand). The following one was trademarked as an image mark, while Shou means “hand” in Chinese.
Valentina Feroz is the new name for Rita Reis, who signed with the company in 2019. She recently made her NXT debut in a losing effort against Mercedes Martinez this past Wednesday.
Meanwhile, The Hand and all related trademarks seem to be leaning toward the storyline currently involving Xia Li and Boa, though that has yet to be confirmed. It has been announced the duo will be returning to NXT this Wednesday at New Year’s Evil, so we could see what comes of it there.
These trademarks were all filed recently, as they were made on December 30th.
