Ring Of Honor Re-Signs Mark Haskins
Ring of Honor has re-signed Mark Haskins.
The former Progress Wrestling World Champion has renewed his deal with the company, despite not appearing for the company in several months thanks to travel restrictions from COVID-19.
No details on the contract were released in the announcement by Ring of Honor, but the company put over Haskins as one of the top talents in the world and one who was supposed to receive a World Title match against current champion Rush at the 18th Anniversary show in March of last year, unfortunately canceled due to COVID-19.
Haskins is a 14-year veteran that has also competed for Impact Wrestling, Dragon Gate, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, and popular British promotion Revolution Pro Wrestling. Below is the release from ROH.
Ring of Honor is pleased to announce that international star Mark Haskins has re-signed with the company.
Haskins originally signed with ROH in December 2018 and quickly established himself as one of the fiercest and most-well-rounded competitors on the roster.
The native of Oxford, England was scheduled to challenge RUSH for the ROH World Championship at the 18th Anniversary show this past March, but the event was cancelled because of the pandemic.
Haskins has not competed in ROH since then due to travel restrictions, but keeping the talented athlete in the fold was a priority for the company.
Haskins holds victories over some of the biggest names in pro wrestling and won the ROH International Cup in 2018 several months prior to signing his first contract with the company.
