Mick Foley Calls On WWE To Remove Donald Trump From Hall of Fame
Today’s act of domestic terrorism in Washington D.C. has captivated the world as Donald Trump supporters have attacked the capitol, inciting violence.
While Trump has done little except issuing a tweet asking citizens to support the Capitol police, the inaction has enraged American citizens, including those in the professional wrestling world. Mick Foley wasn’t afraid to throw in his two cents and he took to Twitter to make a request of Vince McMahon due to all of this. Asking Vince to remove Trump from the WWE Hall of Fame, Foley feels his presidency has done severe damage to the reputation of the WWE.
Trump was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013 in the celebrity wing for his contributions to the development of WrestleMania, which took place on Trump owned properties in 1988 and 1989.
