Update On AEW Contract Given To Brodie Lee Jr.
One of the many things All Elite Wrestling has done to help the family of Brodie Lee in the days following his passing was the goodwill gesture of signing Brodie Lee Jr. to a contract. There’s a lot of questions surrounding the contract, and we have now learned some details thanks to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Their report has revealed that while he has signed the contract, it cannot be executed until his 18th birthday. The contract is also only good if he chooses to go into pro wrestling at the time. Another factor that will go into play is whether or not the company still exists in ten years, which many obviously hope it will.
Brodie Lee Jr. continues to have fun with AEW stars. The young man known as -1 showed up on AEW Dark and cut a promo on Marko Stunt, and it’s been revealed he wrote his own promo. Nothing is going come from the encounter, as it was said the promo and encounter was “just for fun.”
Brodie Lee Jr. obviously loves professional wrestling, and the world of pro wrestling loves him back. After all, he now owns a victory over Adam Cole.
