We just reported that WWE has revealed Drew McIntyre has tested positive for COVID-19.
This is an unusual case, as in the past WWE has tried to keep positive tests out of the news. Renee Paquette received backstage heat for revealing her positive test while with the WWE, and from then the WWE told contracted talent to not reveal any positive tests. It also seems that McIntyre is not the only positive test.
Ringside News has reported and confirmed McIntyre is not the only Superstar on the main roster to test positive for COVID-19. A member of the SmackDown roster has also tested positive. The site did not reveal the talent out of respect for their privacy, but can confirm they are currently involved in a television storyline.
