Drew McIntyre tested positive for COVID-19, but he was not the only Superstar who contracted the virus.
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that there are at least four more cases of COVID-19, which includes Drew McIntyre. He mentioned that a Smackdown star is among those who have the virus as well.
“So there’s at least four, including Drew McIntyre, that I’m aware of that have, or just got over COVID-19 and there may be more. There was one on SmackDown who was scheduled on the show and taken off.”“There’s one who’s a big star who just came back from COVID, and there’s on NXT. There are probably others who will be kept out for contact tracing.”
Hopefully, the situation will be contained soon enough.
