WWE Chief Brand Officer, Stephanie McMahon recently spoke to Tony Maglio of The Wrap and stated that the reasoning behind WWE announcing the next few WrestleMania locations and dates in advance because it will help everyone plan in advance.
Usually WWE announces the WrestleMania details during the event or shortly before their biggest show of the year. This past weekend, WWE announced the next 3 locations and dates including this years WrestleMania being hosted at Raymond James Stadium for two consecutive days once again.
Stephanie McMahon commented on the thought process behind announcing the upcoming WrestleMania dates:
“It just helps everybody. It helps us for planning purposes, it helps our fans plan their trips, it helps in so many different capacities. And now we can really work with all of our partners across the board in all of these major cities and really blow everything out as big as we possibly can. Also, during this time, I think people need hope and I think you need something to look forward to.”
