Elayna Black Pulled From Upcoming GCW Show Where She Was Scheduled To Face Joey Janela

A recent Twitter spat between Joey Janela and Elayna Black looked to set culminate in a match during a groundbreaking GCW stream coming up later this month. GCW is teaming with several promotions for a stream they are calling GCW Fight Forever, a 24 hour stream of live pro wrestling where all donations would be given to talent.

Black and Janela were scheduled to meet during GCW’s portion of the stream, WRLD On GCW part 3, but the match is now off.

GCW posted and deleted a tweet saying that after all parties previously agreed, the match could no longer take place but they are working on a suitable replacement. Janela is a contracted AEW talent and Black recently signed to WWE and now competes under the name Cora Jade. The two competitors took to Twitter to comment on the situation, Janela also revealing the match was pulled about five minutes after it was announced.
