MLW has done a good job of keeping their stars locked down, but one of them is seeing their contract coming to an end.
Mike Johnson from PWInsider has reported Simon Gotch’s MLW contract is about to expire. Gotch is a member of MLW’s top heel faction CONTRA Unit, but it seems like he won’t be leaving the company. Gotch will still be working with MLW, just no longer bound to a contract.
The former WWE star has been a key part of this MLW iteration as either a member of Tom Lawlor’s Team Filthy or CONTRA Unit with Jacob Fatu, Mads Krugger, and newest member to the faction Shawn Daivari.

UPDATE: Gotch has taken to Twitter to reveal his own status. While confirming the PWInsider report that his contract has expired, he has referred to himself as a free agent, now casting doubt on whether or not he will continue to work with MLW going forward.
