Steve Cutler Released From The WWE
One of the more tempestuous tenures on the main roster of the WWE has come to an end, as Steve Cutler has been released by the WWE.
The company released a tweet announcing Cutler’s termination, though it seems like it was on good terms as he was wished well in his future endeavors.
Cutler arrived shortly after WrestleMania last year with Jaxson Ryker and Wesley Blake of the Forgotten Sons. The trio was in line for a push on SmackDown before a series of tweets made by Ryker in the wake of the protests over the murder of George Floyd caused the trio to be benched for most of the remainder of the year. When Cutler and Blake resurfaced, it was without Ryker as they became King Corbin’s Knights of the Lone Wolf.
As of this writing, Wesley Blake remains with the WWE and it is unknown what will happen to him.
