This Sunday’s NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day may have had its first change already as Johnny Gargano is allegedly being pulled from the card.
Austin Theory posted a video on Twitter where he alleges Gargano will miss TakeOver, where he was scheduled to meet KUSHIDA for the North American Title. Now it seems Theory will meet Kushida this Wednesday. The video announces this match while claiming KUSHIDA is responsible for Gargano missing TakeOver, but he intends on getting his revenge on KUSHIDA on behalf of The Way.
There has been no official announcement from the WWE on Gargano missing TakeOver, but that doesn’t mean this is a storyline. Only time will tell on this matter, and we will have to wait and see. This could be their way of making the announcement and using it to tie into storylines.
