Backstage News On Rhea Ripley’s Main Roster Status
After months of speculation, Rhea Ripley’s move to the main roster was made official at the 2021 Royal Rumble. Since then, Ripley has yet to be seen on either show, nor has she returned to NXT. When will The Nightmare finally begin her journey to the top of the WWE? It might be a while before we find out.
Ringside News has reported that thankfully Ripley’s name is coming up in creative meetings. However, it’s not just for one brand, it’s for both. While there’s no brand she’s been assigned to, it’s obvious WWE has at least creative ideas for her for both shows.
WWE hasn’t rushed her move to the main roster, and her appearance at the Royal Rumble where she finished the runner up, gives off the vibe that the WWE would like to make sure she’s carefully protected, but at this time it seems the WWE wants to make sure whatever they do to officially put plans for her in motion is carefully done.
With the road to WrestleMania underway, here’s hoping they make a point of giving her a story worth telling for a big match on the show.
