Pat McAfee Comments On Adam Cole Turning On Kyle O’Reilly At TakeOver
Last night’s ending of NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day shocked a lot of people as Adam Cole not only delivered a superkick that put Finn Balor on notice, but also delivered on to Kyle O’Reilly that may have effectively ended The Undisputed Era. The ending might have shocked fans, it might have shocked the NXT locker room, but one person not surprised is Cole’s long time rival, Pat McAfee.
McAfee took to Twitter following the ending of TakeOver and used the moment to give us the usual “I hate to say I told you so, but…” reaction. McAfee wasn’t in the building, but he had a comfortable seat at home to watch the story unfold, and it’s obvious that he feels rather smug about Cole’s true colors showing.
McAfee will be back in NXT eventually, and when he is, he’ll probably be certain to rub it in that he was right all along.
