Over the years, WWE has fired people for several reasons. Whether it was poor behavior, a lack of creative plans for them, or in the case of Steve Cutler catching COVID-19, wrestlers have various lists of reasons they were fired. In the case of Nick “Eugene” Dinsmore, you might be surprised.
Dinsmore was a guest on Talk Is Jericho, and he revealed he got fired from his second run with the company due to his physical condition not being up to their standards.
“I came back and apparently they’d seen me two months earlier. I must’ve gotten heat. Either I’d got so much into bad shape or the mind was turned. But they were like, ‘We’re not selling fat, old Eugene, you’re fired.’”
Eugene never made it back to television during his second run with the company, and Dinsmore seems to have no issues with it.
