Riddle recently signed a contract extension with the WWE, and like all good contracts negotiations needed to happen.
While the first report was Riddle was offered a deal up to $400,000 annually, new sources say he was trying to raise that annual value. In the end, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter confirmed Riddle signed a three year contract worth $1.2 million. This would balance out to the initial offer reported, so it seems like Riddle couldn’t get a little more like he was trying for.
Riddle did officially sign his three-year deal at $1.2 million over the three years. His getting the U.S. title kind of signified it.
Cesaro and Riddle have recently signed new contracts and the both have seen a renewed push for both talents, as Riddle recently captured the US Title and now it seems Cesaro may have a big match in the pipeline for him.
