WWE continues to hide information from their talent, and while some people consider it a way to prevent spoilers, talent and others in the back are starting to find it beyond frustrating as the road to WrestleMania keeps trucking along.
Earlier, we shared a report about how WWE producers have been asked not to share any creative details with the talent, but we now have been told thanks to Ringside News that one of the side effects of this new edict is that it’s also affecting news about WrestleMania. Ringside News has been told “Very few talents know where they’re headed for WrestleMania.”
With WrestleMania plans usually set well in advance so storylines can advance to help build to the show, the lack of knowledge the talent has over their WrestleMania spot has put several talents “on edge.” Considering the recent cancellation of bonuses in addition to all this lack of information flowing has left “the work environment [in WWE] is at an all time low.”
The current lack of information means only a handful of people know what’s going on, and it’s definitely affecting the morale in the company. While it’s debatable if this is working in the prevention of information flow, it’s certainly leaving many far more frustrated than satisfied.
