XFL Officially Postpones 2022 Season – Enters Into Formal Talks With CFL
The XFL made a shocking announcement earlier today, when they announced that the upcoming 2022 season is officially on hold.
The XFL also announced that they are currently in formal talks with the CFL – Canadian Football League, to identify potential opportunities for the leagues to collaborate, innovate, and grow the game of football.
XFL sent out the following press release:
TORONTO & Greenwich, CT – The Canadian Football League (CFL) and XFL owners Dany Garcia, Dwayne Johnson, and RedBird Capital have agreed to work together to identify opportunities for the leagues to collaborate, innovate, and grow the game of football.
