Triple Threat Tag Team Match For Vacant NXT Tag Team Championship Added To NXT TakeOver: Stand and Deliver
Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson and James Drake), MSK (Wes Lee and Nash Carter) and Legardo Del Fantasma (Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza) will do battle in a triple threat match for the Vacant NXT Tag Titles on night one of NXT TakeOver: Stand and Deliver.
Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch were forced to vacate the NXT Team Championships by William Regal, after Burch suffered and injury during their main event match last week against Finn Balor and Karrion Kross. NXT General Manager William made a difficult but necessary choice. It’s not all bad news as there will be a triple threat tag team match for the vacant tag team titles at NXT TakeOver: Stand and Deliver.
In what is sure to be a must see match up, MSK will have to face off against the two teams they defeated on route to winning the NXT Dusty Classic Tag Team tournament, the Grizzled Young Veterans and Legardo Del Fantasma. MSK defeated Legardo del Fantasma’s Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza in the semi-finals before going on to defeat the Grizzled Young Veterans, Zack Gibson and James Drake in the finals of the tournament. Can MSK overcome both teams once again this time winning the NXT tag team titles?
NXT TakeOver: Stand and Deliver kicks off with Night one on the 7th of April, with night two kicking of the following night Thursday the 8th of April.
