Progress Wrestling have announced that they will be having a tag team tournament for the currently vacant Progress Wrestling Tag Team Championship. Taking to social media earlier today to make the announcement;
The tag team tournament is set to kick off at the next chapter, Chapter 108: Of Course You Realise This Means war. We’ve already seen plenty of tag team action on the last couple chapters from teams including Lykos Gym, Sunshine Machine and the Young Guns among others who no doubt will be part of the tournament.
The Progress Tag Team championships were last held by Jordan Devlin and Scotty Davis who were both suspended and stripped of the titles after allegations were made against the pair during the speaking out movement.
Chapter 108 will be available on the WWE network and the Demand Progress streaming service from 5pm GMT on the 10th of April.
