Jon Moxley is starting to get back into the swing of things in New Japan Pro Wrestling. Following a successful defense of the IWGP United States Title against KENTA, Moxley has issued a challenge to a legend and former IWGP World Champion.
New Japan’s English Twitter account posted a video message from Moxley, revealing that he’s issued a challenge to New Japan legend and former IWGP Champion Yuji Nagata.
Moxley last defended the title back in February when he defeated KENTA on NJPW Strong, but now it seems he’s got his sights set on his next challenger and took the initiative to challenge them first. We’ll have to see when and where this match takes place thanks to travel restrictions still in place.
