Jeff Jarrett Celebrates 35 Years In Pro Wrestling
Milestones are big for anyone, and Jeff Jarrett is now celebrating a big one in the world of pro wrestling.
Today, April 6th, Jeff Jarrett marked his 35th anniversary in the world of professional wrestling. He made his debut today in a match where he wrestled Tony Falk to a 10-minute draw. Jarrett had started the month prior for his father’s CWA promotion as a referee.
35 years ago today, April 6 of 1986, I started the official journey of my in-ring career. My grandmother, Christine Jarrett, started our family in the industry in 1946… Very grateful for all the opportunities past, present and future this business has provided me!
Jarrett’s career has seen him become a 10-time World Champion between WCW and the NWA (during the TNA years), in addition to being a former WWE Intercontinental Champion. Jarrett is also a member of both WWE and TNA’s Hall of Fames.
