A new NXT Women’s Champion has been crowned tonight at Night One of NXT TakeOver: Stand And Deliver. This is a spoiler, so if you do not want to be spoiled, please stop reading.
Raquel Gonzalez defeated Io Shirai to become the new NXT Women’s Champion in the main event of night one of NXT TakeOver: Stand and Deliver. This is Gonzalez’ first reign with the title, ending Shirai’s title reign at 305 days. Shirai won the title last June at TakeOver: In Your House, defeating Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley in a triple threat match.
