The Good Brothers Talk About How Soon Impact Wrestling Called Them After Their WWE Release
The WWE released several talents during the COVID-19 pandemic, and for two talents, Impact Wrestling was quick to bring them into the fold.
The Good Brothers recently talked to Fightful, and Luke Gallows revealed Impact was pretty quick to call them about coming in following their release and the standard no release clause.
Gallows even revealed that Scott D’Amore called them within 15 minutes of the WWE releasing them, telling them that the offer they were given on 2019 was still on the table. Obviously, it was one that looked really good to them.
The pair would still like to return to Japan, and thanks to the partnership with Impact and New Japan, it seems like that seems more plausible now.
The Good Brothers have been able to build quite a brand for themselves following their WWE release. Whether it’s expanding their podcast empire with their pay per view specials, their very own beer, whiskey, and even an animated series in the works, the duo has a lot on their plate and more than one would think the WWE would have allowed them to have.
