WWE recently split up The Hurt Business and fans everywhere were pretty upset about it, but perhaps no people were more upset about it than The Hurt Business themselves.
Cedric Alexander was on Twitter recently and was pretty vocal about his displeasure over the decision. Prior to his time with the group, he had been struggling to gain traction on the main roster and was featured more on Main Event than Raw. Now he may find himself in the same situation and it’s not something he’s looking forward to. The WWE India Twitter account asked fans if them splitting up was a good idea, and Cedric was pretty succinct in his answer in three words.
No It’s Not
It’s said both MVP and Lashley were vocal backstage with Vince McMahon in trying to convince him not to split the group up, but McMahon only dug in deeper and held firm. It’s alleged the handling of the breakup also caused a bit of a backstage morale issue. The group is no more, and it’s obvious there’s a lot of people unhappy about it.
