The time after WrestleMania always seems to be a worrysome time for wrestling fans, as roster cuts tend to happen around then. Sometimes not seeing a certain Superstar at the show may be a telling sign for their future.
Fightful Select reported WWE told certain talent not to attend WrestleMania to “streamline things.” A couple of the ones told that in particular were Chelsea Green and Mojo Rawley.
Several of the WWE talent involved in the releases over the past week weren’t at WrestleMania, among them being Chelsea Green and Mojo Rawley. We’re told some talent were asked to not be at the venue if not needed, in order to streamline things.
There is a report Green planned to be at SmackDown this past Friday, but obviously that wasn’t anything to worry about following her release. There is little doubt she’s going to be an in demand talent with this release and she should end up on her feet.
