WWE Nixed Plans For A Trio Of Females In Creative Limbo
Not every idea sees the light of day in the WWE. That can be, truly, for better or for worse. One idea was nixed that would have seen three talents who have been struggling to find traction on the main roster get some significant time.
Fightful Select has reported WWE nixed an idea for a female faction that would have featured Chelsea Green, Vanessa Borne, and Santana Garrett. The plan was for them to be a “Pussycat Dolls meets Charlie’s Angels” type of group.
All three were called up to the main roster, but have had issues being used. Borne has yet to appear on television, Garrett has only been used at this year’s women’s Royal Rumble but hasn’t been seen since, and Green had her own issues, including the broken wrist that sidelined following her SmackDown debut. This could have been a good platform for all three potentially but it didn’t work out, and now with Green released the group will never see the light of day.
