Former WWE Referee Wants To See Improvement In One Area From Cesaro To Reach Next Level
Cesaro had one of the biggest moments of his WWE career when he defeated Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 37. The Swiss Cyborg may have had his WrestleMania moment finally, but one former WWE referee seems to think Cesaro needs to add another layer to his game before he can truly take the next step in his push.
Jimmy Korderas went to Twitter to give one of his “Reffin’ Rant” videos and while prefacing it with him being happy to see Cesaro’s recent success, he feels Cesaro needs to improve on the microphone if he’s truly to take the next step.
“I like that Roman Reigns left the ring on him before he had an opportunity to address him, but at the same time it didn’t allow Cesaro to show a little bit more personality with the promos and stuff like that. Because if there’s any part of his game that I want to see elevated, it is his promo work. In the ring, there are few, if any, better than Cesaro, but he needs to mesh that with a good character and be able to speak kinda like others who are in that prominent role. So, Cesaro, let’s see some more talking, please.”
Cesaro is mostly known for his in-ring skills, but a moment on Talking Smack garnered a lot of attention for his impassioned promo. If Korderas sees more like that, he may feel like Cesaro might just have truly reached the next level.
