Ivelisse Continues To Speak On Her AEW Release, Continues To Blame Thunder Rosa
Ivelisse was let go from AEW and was quick to place the blame on Thunder Rosa for the problems that led to her release. Though it’s almost universally said it isn’t true that Thunder Rosa played any part in her release, Ivelisse continues to lay the blame squarely at the former NWA Women’s Champion’s feet.
Ivelisse talked with Lucha Libre Online and said that even if she was shocked at her release, she still saw it coming because her name had been dragged through the mud.
“I was in shock, definitely, but not as much because I had already recalled everything that went on in the past, so I had an idea. I noticed too late just how much damage was made to my name, and I only realized after analyzing the chain of events from everything that went on and it made a lot more sense, because this and this happened because of this and whether it was fair or not.”
Again, this is when she blames Thunder Rosa as the one who dragged her name through the mud and points the finger at her for the release.
“At the beginning, everything seemed great, and I had my hopes through the roof, and I was very happy, but I will be very honest with you. I said it the first day of my release; I felt valued and happy, but one person was doing everything to damage my position there. It was Thunder Rosa.”
Even if many people argue to the contrary, Ivelisse insists Thunder Rosa is the one person responsible for her AEW release. The two seemingly have a lot of issues or at least they do from Ivelisse’s point of view.
