Mickie James was one of ten people released last week from the WWE and usually after releases talent feel a little more comfortable to be themselves or even throw a little shade about the way they were let go. Mickie definitely wasn’t afraid to do so, using a quote from a long running television show.
James quote tweeted a post from an account that provides a daily Simpsons quote, throwing in some of her sense of humor as she tried to alleviate the pain of being released. James certainly wasn’t happy about the way the WWE used her in her final days, as she was being actively vocal about wanting to continue on as a wrestler despite how WWE felt they could use her. The WWE even gave her a tryout as an announcer, and she was used that way in her final appearance for the company, but only ended up not being used in that capacity either. James might not be happy over her release, but at least it seems she’s having a sense of humor about it.
