News On How Many Tickets Were Sold For WrestleMania 37 Against How Many Fans Attended

WWE brought fans back for WrestleMania 37, hoping they could draw a big crowd for one of the biggest events in the waning days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now we have a better idea on the numbers for attendence.

The tickets sold well, but some of those tickets were picked up by brokers and scalpers. This is a major factor knowing that even if a fan wasn’t in the seat, someone bought the ticket and money went to the WWE. So while claiming a sell-out crowd both nights, it wasn’t actually the case. Wrestlenomics has reported that night one had an attendance of 18,328 people and 18,924 on the second night. That’s a grand total of 37,252 fans for both nights, several of them people who bought tickets for both nights.

This is in comparison to what was sold, when 20,172 were sold for night one and 20,634 for night two. However, as mentioned, many of those seats remained empty but sold to the secondary market.
