Update On Jeff Hardy’s WWE Contract Status
Jeff Hardy appeared on last night’s episode of WWE Raw in a losing effort to Jinder Mahal after not being featured on the program recently. Hardy has however been appearing on episodes of WWE’s Main Event, but this was his first televised match since March 22nd, when he lost to The Miz.
WWE’s recent booking of Jeff Hardy has left a lot of fans wondering what is going on with his contract and status with the company.
According to a report from PWInsider, Hardy still has “a good chunk of time” left on his WWE contract.
“We are told by a WWE source that Hardy still has “a good chunk of time left on his deal” as he acknowledged last year that he had signed a new deal. At the time, PWInsider.com was told that new deal was in the 2-3 year range.”
Despite not appearing on television regularly, and his loss to Jinder Mahal on RAW, it doesn’t sound like Hardy is going anywhere anytime soon. Looks like we can expect to see Hardy in WWE for another two or three years.
