Former WWE Superstar Signs Exclusive Deal With New Japan Pro Wrestling
Fred Rosser, formerly known as Darren Young during his time with WWE, announced today that he has signed an exclusive deal with New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Rosser was released from WWE back in October of 2017, and has worked with NJPW since August of 2020 when it was announced that he had signed a deal with the company. However, the deal was not exclusive as Rosser made his debut in March of this year with the NWA when he defeated Marshe Rockett and Matt Cross to become the #1 Contender for the NWA Television Championship.
But, it now looks like Rosser’s time with the NWA is officially over as he announced that he signed an exclusive deal with New Japan Wrestling.
Rosser announced the signing via his official twitter account, saying:
“I’m excited to officially announce I’ve signed W/ NJPW! All I can say moving forward is, don’t ever let your dreams just be dreams because as long as you’re patient & believe in your dreams, anything is possible. Patience is a talent #njpwSTRONG#blockthehate@njpw1972@njpwworld“
